The Challenge

Transitioning to DevSecOps at scale

The client operated large internal development organizations relying on traditional infrastructure and delivery models. This limited development speed, consistency and security. At the same time, multiple teams needed shared platforms and tooling without losing autonomy or increasing operational risk.

The Solution

Shared DevSecOps tooling and secure CI/CD platforms

ANZR established shared common tooling and IaC team responsible for building and operating secure CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes platforms. The solution introduced standardized infrastructure as code, pipeline templates and security controls while preserving team autonomy. Anzr supported onboarding of development teams, defined operational practices and enabled secure self-service for application teams. This approach improved delivery speed, consistency and security while reducing duplication and operational overhead across the organization.

  • Shared tooling teams and clear ownership
  • Standardized yet flexible platforms
  • Secure CI/CD by default
  • Strong developer onboarding and enablement
