Automated Security Model in PAM for Large-scale Infrastructure

ANZR designed and implemented an automated security model for privileged access in a large-scale service provider environment. By introducing orchestration, least privilege and zero trust principles across departments and environments, the solution enabled secure, scalable access for thousands of users and tens of thousands of systems.

The Challenge

Managing privileged access at scale

The client managed privileged access across large-scale infrastructure using fragmented, manual processes. This resulted in over-privileged accounts, limited automation and increased risk of lateral movement and security incidents.

The Solution

Automated privileged access using zero trust principles

ANZR designed and implemented an automated privileged access model based on least privilege, separation of duties, and zero trust principles. The solution integrated PAM systems with hosts and directory services, replacing manual processes with policy-driven automation and RBAC. This reduced over-privileged access, improved auditability and enabled scalable, secure access management across large and complex infrastructure environments.

  • Least privilege and separation of duties by default
  • End-to-end access automation
  • Integration across identity and infrastructure
  • Improved auditability and risk reduction
